we boarded our Golden Retriever Great Pyrenees for 10 days while we were on vacation. When our dog returned home she wasn't herself at all. No wagging tail and very low key for 4 days. When we picked her up we realized she had not been given her medication properly because there were tablets left over and her elbows had all the hair worn off. This was my first time boarding my dog and I was very disappointed. I chose this place partially because of the "furever connected" add on. I was supposed to receive photos of my dog each day (a paid add on) and I didn't. The first day they claimed it was too busy and no one received any, they said I'd get them the next day but didn't. I completed a reservation online, it was showing as pending. Over 48 hours later I get a prompt to pay a deposit, at this point, I had moved on to finding another place to board my dog. When I called, both staff had no idea what was going on, could or would not answer questions and were waiting for me to just accept the issue. I would NEVER bring my dog back in a million years. The Staff are ALL teenagers. They mix up dogs, let dogs fight, don't take dogs out when they're supposed to, what else happens here? I'm so glad I did a tour before i let my dog come here. The manager was rude and stuck up and the teens weren't any better. I am screaming from the roof tops DONT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM!!!

Worse place ever! If you love your fur babies don't leave them here. Staff turnover is rampant and untrained! They literally were cruel at times to my baby. Not taking her out when needing to go potty. Just dropped her food on the concrete floor, just to name a couple

After making an appointment 4 days in advance for a tour to consider boarding, A representative called me in the morning to confirm it. I arrived for the tour at the scheduled time and was advised to come back in an hour. They could NOT do a tour as scheduled at 3 pm; they were preparing to "feed the dogs." Lesson learned: This kennel is unreliable. So how well do they treat the pets. And my dogs don't eat at 3 pm anyway. Sounds like a bogus excuse.

Made a new day vet appointment using the pet paradise call center number. Our dog was due for his vaccinations and we wanted to use the convenience of the in-house vet to take care of this during our dog's stay. I Was assured by the representative that our dog could receive his vaccinations during his previously made reservation. Picked up our dog and it wasn't our dog. They gave our dog to someone else who took them home. When we tried to tell them it wasn't our dog the manager was combative and tried to convince us this was our dog. Only after telling them to scan the microchip was it confirmed it's not our dog. Only then did they start looking in the facility and making phone calls trying to figure out where our dog was. Turns out they switched their tag at some point over the weekend with another dog. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. My wife and I had been a long time customer of theirs until today. They switched our dog with someone else's and actually gave our dog to another customer!!!! We have pulled our business as well as our family/friends business from this careless business. If I was a Regional Manager I seriously consider changing management at this location. This situation could have gone so wrong, wrong meds, wrong food. This location is careless and we will be calling the BBB.
