Could not find this fan in any per store. It is great for pet when traveling on plane and pet is under the seat in kennel.

The web site is easily navigated and easy to use. I did place a phone call and left a message which was never returned so I emailed and received a response in a very timely manner. When placing the order I chose the option to mail my script, but upon reviewing my order after it was placed it indicated that my vet would be contacted. Then I wasn't sure if I still needed to send the script. Again I emailed and was told that if my vet did not approved the fax that was sent I would need to mail the script.
