my vets office ignored the calls/fax from PetSupplies4less and I had to reorder my dogs script. The ladies whom I dealt with were WONDERFUL. I followed their instructions and re-submitted the request (on Friday). I called my vet and had to leave a message wondering why they had ignored the phone calls (including mine). The return call (messagewas that they did not have any request on THEIR online store. I left another message stating the script was to be filled by PetSupplies4Less,
Haven't received my shipment yet. Due tomorrow.
I ordered prescription meds for my dogs and asked them to call my vet for the prescription. They handled this no problem and my dogs meds were on the way the next day.
Terrible accessibility.

Restocking fee plus they charge $1.00 handling fee up front And have to pay to ship it back with a tracking method Not worth it, too many companies the font do this.
Beware they charge a restocking fee 25%. Returns are not easy, and you have to pay to return it, with tracking. Not worth the hassle! Other on line pet places do not do this. (Amazon or chewy. Com) what a racket!
