Dr. Ahlering and his staff are always willing to help. They quickly return phone calls, answer questions and are ready to take on anything you throw at them. He is not only knowledgeable, he has wonderful bedside manner. I would recommend him by far next to any other infertility office.
Dr. Ahlering and his staff are AMAZING! We had 2 unsuccessful cycles at another clinic locally, and did our research to find the best. We were more than pleased with Dr. Ahlering because of his compassion from the very first time we met with him. We achieved our 2 pregnancies, as desired because of his expertise & appropriate treatment strategy for our situation. We were always given all the information we needed without hesistation, proper follow up & the attention we deserved. We walked away from our experience feeling connected to Dr. Ahlering & his staff. This office has gone beyond our expectations & we would reccommend him to anyone in need.
After 2 failed male factor IVF attempts with another doctor, out of left field we were given the abrupt and devastating diagnosis of "donor EGGS will be the only way you can have children"?!?! We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Dr A and his staff/office. I have seen 3 other RE Docs in the area and nobody is better. the treatment is also top notch, not only that but t less expensive there than anywhere else we went!!you should not even mess around going anywhere else in the midwest if you wnat to have a baby.
Dr. Ahlering helped my husband & I conceive our first child. After trying unsuccessfully for almost a year, my OB referred us to him. We were thrilled to be pregnant after only 2 months and 2 IUI's. We were impressed with his knowledge and friendly personality. He is very approachable and is timely in answering email. We recently decided to try for a 2nd baby and went straight to Dr. Ahlering. We have a lot of trust and confidence in his ability to help not only us but anyone who desires to have a baby.
Best Dr. in the world!! We had battled fertility issues for almost 5 years trying EVERYTHING, and with one other fertility dr. With only our first try of IVF...we had two beautiful girls that are going to be three years old this year:) I have also had a single birth since the IVF...on our own, but I think the IVF may have got my body going...great surprise!

Dr. Ahlering and the entire staff at Sirm St. Louis made the difficult journey of infertility to pregnancy much easier on my husband and I. I was always greeted warmly by Stephainie the receptionist and never waited more than a minute for appts. Dr. Ahlering was always right on time, very caring, and listened to my questions and worries.
