My LO failed in asserting my proper W2 income to underwriting. W2 was $160,000 in 2020. In 2021 as of Dec. 1, employee paystub already showed $160,000 earned. Yet, because I also own 2 other companies of which i was not an employee, he reduced my W2 income to $5,700 monthly $68,400 - LESS than half my W2 income. The process was very easy and quick, Once I found the correct documents. All of my questions were answered and the documents were made clearly to understand. It was great that I didn't even have to leave my house
