There’s was a paperwork issue and I called Peter a few times about. He was phenomenal and very patient with me! He understood my concerns and went above and beyond to fix issues. Fast service! Amazing customer service!

It was not Peter's fault. I had four scheduled closing dates...apparently the first three sets of documents were sent to the wrong title company. It was very frustrating for me, the closer, and Peter. First closing was Oct 30 and finally closed on Nov 20. Something is badly broken in your processes

Excellent service overall absolutely wonderful
Performed a ReFi with them and overall happy with the outcome. The customer service was great. The new interest rate and monthly payment is great. The only thing that they need to improve with is the information on the portal. It seems to be lagging. They kept requesting docs that I had already uploaded. Or, the latest documents for me to sign are not the latest. Notary came to our house and closing was smooth.
I think it would have gone better had we been able to deal with only Peter for the entirety of the loan closing. We dealt with multiple people and because of this things were not communicated between people and documents were incorrect as a result.
I was very well pleased. The team was courteous and professional. All of my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. The home loan specialist, Ryan Morrison, was tactful, patient, and tolerant even when I was in error. Well done.
