Paperwork should have been accurate, I had to call a few times to get things straightened out.

As I closed I noticed the legal description was not accurate and the closer stated he does not make any corrections you must notify PennyMac. I notified PennyMac and I was informed that an email was sent informing them that the legal description was incorrect and no response. It is now a week and no response.
Peter Ashworth was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and made the process easy. He helped me a lot, he made the process very clear to me and answered all my questions. He also responded in a timely manner. Very courteous and friendly.

Although it took a very long time to get to talk with someone and to get the refinance started after that it was smooth as can be.
I was not told that the APR was 2.82 I was under the impression that my loan was at 2.62 when in actuality it was 2.82
