ITS HIT OR MISS HERE. LAST TIME I WENT IN WITH MY LITTLE DOG I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ONLY DO EMERGENCYS AND THEY WERE NOT THERE FOR ME TO ABUSE WITH TRIVIAL THINGS. I WAS TREATED SO RUDELY AND DISPO,D RAPIDLY. BUT, BY GOD I SURE WAS CHARGED HIGH. OTHER TIMES YOUR TREATED LIKE GOLD AND TOLD YOU CAN COME FOR ANYTHING. I DO HAVE A REGULAR VET BUT WHEN THE OFFICE IS CLOSED, YES, I TAKE THINGS SERIOUS WHEN MY ANIMALS ARE IN PAIN. SO, MY ADVICE IS IF YOU GO IN AND GET THAT WE DON,T WANT TO BE BOTHERED ATTITUDE, LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.

I want to thank everyone at Pet~ER For taking such great care of my 14 yr. old long haired orange tabby ~Buddy . This is the 3rd. Visit there with him which is the 3rd time in hopes of saving his life. I have never had any bad experience here except this morning when I called for proper care & instructions on feeding & giving medicine to him threw his E~tube , a lot to take in when I picked him up last night. my wait was extremely tooooo long I got there at 1p saw a triage nurse and put into a room and was not seen until close to 3pm only to have been seen for 5 mins and sent out the door smh and not to menton it was FREEZING in there me and my puppy was cold

Their new vet, Dr Kim I believe (male asian formerly of blue pearl), is really not at the level I have come to expect from PetER (or anywhere I would ever take my dogs). He seems confused, he was unable to process new information, his bedside manner shows his lack of understanding or medical foundation and comes off as a (poorly formed) sales pitch, he was not thoughtful about my dog's disease process, he seemed very limited in his diagnostic ability, and he was unable to answer questions. We brought my 8 week old puppy here with some stomach issues last weekend. We were told she had an obstruction in her intestines, and that if she threw up again to bring her back. She threw up again, so we brought her back less than 24 hours later. They told us she needed surgery and gave us a quote that ranged from $3500-5000. We agreed to do the surgery, they performed the surgery, and gave us a bill of $5600.
