Get directionsUnfortunately, while in an examination room waiting to admit our king charles cavalier spaniel, we overheard an employee yelling at a yelping dog to "shut up". We raised this as a concern and were told that they would uncover who yelled at the dog but because the dog was coming to from anesthesia they tend to yelp. While our spaniel was admitted to their care her IV line was replaced with a tap water line. They discovered this mistake and did alert us however they also alerted us how fatal this mistake can be. We were presse... read more

What a shame to hear that Juuli Nasar will no longer be working there. BIG mistake letting her go. She is very caring, personable, funny and absolutely has a HUGE heart for animals...... So sad #targeted
Shame on you for the way you treated Juuli, it's the animals loss. She's an amazing person...She deserved so much better
Took our dog Hoover here Sunday and had to put him down Monday evening. The doctor we had for the euthanization was very kind and made sure my baby went away peacefully. Yeah I get it's a business and you have to collect balances but we only owed a remaining $133.00 dollars... AFTER paying $3,300 the day before just for ONE nights stay!... read more

They finally put the dog on an IV after he sat for awhile in pain, and we left him there ov... read more
Our border collie, Ghillie, managed to get her lower jaw stuck through the hole of a round marrow bone, lodged behind her her lower front teeth. After trying to remove it ourselves, flirting with a plan to put Vaseline under the lower jaw to encourage it to slip off, we headed to Pet E.R. Towson, whose staff removed it in about 8 minutes--most of which were spent calming her down. No technology required. I'm a believer!
