Peter went above and beyond to help me understand the process of purchasing a home, and explained the documents required to be signed, and was very thorough on what to expect on next steps. Having contact with your loan officer on a regular basis is an a-must, and especially important for a person that has no idea what to expect. Peter and his team did an outstanding job to close my loan on a tight timeline. I had previously had a loan fall apart due to the lender so I was concerned starting over with a new team, however Peter put those worries to bed and I had the upmost confidence in his ability to close.
