Its not everyday that people purchase homes. Obtaining a home loan is a bit scary in itself, not to mention all the closing deadlines and such. Peter not only kept in contact with me throughout the loan process and explained each step, but he also kept in touch with my buyers agent to ensure all the details and deadlines fell into place. The process from start to finish was surprisingly painless.
