My wife and I have used Peter's services twice already and will recommend him to anyone looking to get a mortgage. He will be very clear telling you what you need to do in order for things to move forward, and you can also expect to get a very personalized service from him. A big plus also is that he offers more mortgage choices. Our first home is a fixer upper where we needed a remodel loan. We tossed our approved application with another lender and got a 203k loan with prospect; it was a good decision

My most recent mortgage process truly my best ever throughout the years!Peter's professionalism and attention to detail kept me on schedule and able to meet a very short closing date in busiest sales month July ever, I am told! Peter was there before we found a house making sure our credit was as good as possible. He helped us secure a difficult loan on a house that many banks would not be involved in. Talk to him as soon as you start thinking about a home purchase and before you start looking at houses.

Peter was amazing! By far the best loan officer I have ever worked with. He was incredibly timely with all of his responses and many times I felt like I was his only client although I knew that was not true. He is a very busy guy! He walked us through every step of the process and made sure we understood what was going on so that we could make informed decisions. Peter was very helpful throughout the entire home buying experience for us. It took over a year for us to find the right home and Peter was with us the entire time.
