Peter was a life saver in helping me along with the purchase of my first house. It would have been a major headache if it wasn't for Peter. Peter went above and beyond to help us with the purchase of our first home. Peter jumped through many, many hoops to make sure we could get the loan,and walked us through everything that is confusing about the mortgage process. If it were not for his legwork to find us a suitable cosigner for the loan I am not sure where we would be. After I was able to get my credit in check Peter was able to painlessly refinance to add me to the loan and remover our cosigner.

This was my first experience in dealing with Peter. I have bought 3 to 4 houses in my day and this was the first investment property. His attention to detail, explanation of the regs and management of the behind the scenes details that allow the process to flow was superb.
