Ive said it before but Im always a little surprised to remember that Peter has other clients because the service he gives makes you feel like he couldn't possibly be dealing with anyone but you. Ive worked with him on multiple properties for almost a decade and I have sent every home purchasing friend I have his way. Hes simply the best there is at this type of work wether its your first home or your dream home.

As stated in the title, Peter Traum is the real deal. It was my second time dealing with him on a mortgage refinance and as expected the service was exceptional. He always explained everything thoroughly. I like that he makes himself available to answer any questions after hours whether it is by text, email or phone call. I’d highly recommend using Peter as your lender. Trust me once you deal him once he will always be your primary choice.

He was great and walked us through every step of the way. He explained everything very thoroughly of what we had to do until the very end. I highly recommend him to anyone that's buying a home for the first time.

I had a great experience working with Peter. I had contacted him almost a year ago to review options for refinancing my home. Some personal things needed to fall in to place before I was ready to start the process, but he stayed with me until the time was right. He listened to my needs and worked hard to find the program that best fit my situation. The process was easy, well explained, and his follow up is outstanding. I will absolutely use Peter again - it was a pleasure to work with him!

Peter did a great job for me from star to finish. I was apprehensive about buying a home. I contacted Peter for an initial conversation regarding mortgages. I found that organizing all the steps and people needed to get a construction loan closed to be quite an undertaking. The smallest detail can add so much time to the effort. Peter was my champion through this process, he was able to answer all my questions and keep everything on track. We were very happy with him through the whole process. I highly recommend him.

Peter helped me refinance my house to eliminate a balloon payment due in 2025. He is very personable and I am going to say like a "mother hen". He guided me throughout. There was no confusion, no surprises. He called me at every step to make sure I understood everything and then he followed up. Personally, I cannot thank him enough.

Peter's dedication and work ethic were extremely impressive when my wife and I recently worked with him to refinance our home.
