My husband and I had a very hard time with the sellers of the house we wanted to buy and Mr. Traum was there every step of the way. He answered every question quickly and is an extremely nice gentleman to work with. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a mortgage.
What more can I say than hasn't already been said in the previous reviews. On our first call Peter said "Don't worry, we'll quarterback your sale and purchase and everything will be great." and it was. In fact this is our second time using Peter and both times he gave us excellent service. Closed our mortgage on time, he worked with our attorney and realtor, and managed the entire process for me so I didn't have to worry about anything.
