Peterman brothers purchased a company out in ********. They owned it for about six months. They came in one day fired. Everybody sold everything off and now theyre refusing to pay our last paychecks. Theyre also refusing to pay out our PTO vacation and sick time This has no morals and ethics. Its a huge company and they only care about their bottom line.. If they do this to their employees, imagine what they do to their customers
I called to have a bathroom drain unclogged and the lady asked if it was my home or a rental property. I said rental property and she asked how many do we own. I told her 16 and she said that they couldnt help. For whatever reason, she said they couldnt give me a thorough job so sorry. Pick and choose your customers. Count me out
They did not do the job complete when cleaning out my dryer vent. I had paid them $189 and ended up calling a dryer repair service because my dryer stopped working because my vent was still clogged. And he had to clean it out.
The two employees that came out to give us our estimate told us ourout side plugs would be put on there own circuit in the breaker panel and that we could have a 4 way outlet put in in our large living room. The technicians that did the work said that that would not be included in the price and we would have to pay extra! I dont like to be lied to especially when Im paying $25,000 for getting my whole house rewired! After preventative maintenance on plumbing there was a water in the supply line to the hall bathroom toilet. Seems like every time Peterman **** shows up here they break something. After installing our new HVAC system they had to come back and repair faulty exhaust vent. Then they tried to charge me ****** to fix their mistake. Also added duct cleaning and they tore up a duct so I told them to forget it. Wouldnt really recommend them.
They sent a tech to fix my air, he said I needed ***** and quoted me a price.I asked him to check for leaks he said he found a leak and repaired it. I paid over $600 for Freon. It lasted thru summer and leaked all Freon out again. I called and they sent a different tech because the previous guy left the company. The new guy found a leak in coil inside. Came out the other day to do routine maintenance. Said there was a crack in the heat exchanger. My husband went down, said they fished the camera through and showed him the picture of a crack on their screen. Informed us we could either pay $2600 for a new heat exchanger or $6000 (with a credit on our account for a part we just replaced last September) for a new furnace. So far, Petermans has been out 9 times in the past 15 months trying to get a HVAC right. They keep finding leaks (5 so far) and adding refrigerant. Quality control and installation are sorely lacking.
They came out to our house 5-6 times over a blocked main drain line. Rodded line, sent camera through several times, dug up yard and replaced 20 of line, used water ****** to find out only problem was a back flow preventer in the line had a broken gate. Not sure why camera didnt see this. So long short dont use them should have been a $300-400 ended up at $10,000.
