Fast, friendly and fantastic service...My parents were long time PETRO customers; and my wife and I have been since 2000...They have installed a new furnace, regularly maintain it; and deliver our fuel oil...GREAT customer service and thy work hard to make everything right!
They are a very dedicated group of people.
The past 3 reps did different things to furnace. The furnace hesitated twice since the last service call.
Everything went very well. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional, diagnosed the problem and repairs were completed in a timely manner.
