We got three quotes. The estimator from Petro arrived exactly on time, was very knowledgeable and showed us the current, more efficient, version of our old furnace (something the rep from another company had just told us didn't exist - but a more expensive option they had would be just fine). They worked with us to meet the price quoted by another company and I got a great rate on fuel oil for the next heating cycle. Fine except when the guys spills some oil on my lawn and kills it.
comprehensive and good time
Good. The technician was polite, professional and completed his work quickly. Unfortunately he did not have the paperwork that is usually given for a furnace tune up which describes eactxly what he did. Had he done so I would have rated him higher.
