Service person came to home, performed an assessment and located pipe. No work needed.
It was great. I have a very old boiler and they send out knowledgeable mechanic to to the check up for it. And once the worker didn't know, another came in and fixed it. They deliver my oil and are very efficient.
I was pleasantly surprised at their careful and thorough approach to the installation. They also were the most competitive bid with Cropp Metcalf being $3000 higher with less equipment. They are a local gem in a crowded field which should not be overlooked by savvy consumers
The service men were polite, and even arrived a little ahead of the promised time.
