They were here and they were fine. They came out and diagnosed it and took care of the immediate issue. They got here a little later than they were supposed to be but they got here and that's what I cared about. If I was here I probably would not have called them and that's a reflection on them. Frankly it was a pretty simple problem but my wife and daughter not knowing what in the world was going on called them and I surely had no problem with it.
