The Petro team did exactly what they proposed to do on time and with high quality. The project took over 6 months from beginning to end due to delays by Washington Gas. <br /> <br /> The team for the oil tank removal did they job when they said they would. They were careful to minimize disruption to my property and they cleaned up after they did the work. I felt They are the most kind company to customers. They make sure that no one will be left without heat . Theeir customer service people are very poffessional and kind. They work with you the way you are most comfortable including payment schedule as well as delivery options. Only problems was that the oil price was higher than other companies. It was $4.250 per gallon.COD company offer $3,45 a gallon but you will not be able to receive quality customer care like Petro. The customer service representative told me that they ... read more

Noticed loss of heat about 5:00 PM. Called at 5:44 PM and was able to request service same evening as we have a maintenance contract for our oil furnace with Petro. The technition (#706, Willie) arrived at 7:40 PM, diagnosed part failure, replaced part, restored and tested heating system by 8:15 PM. Willie told me what the problem was and his corrective actions. Very professional and courteous. <br />

Original install was done with sub quality venting which has slowly worn away, with me purchasing the house. Installer came and inspected when we first moved in to do a replacement for us, but said he wouldn't feel good because he infect installed it just the way it looks! Hs words, not mine! <br /> <br />Sure, I am on the hook for oil delivery, blah blah blah through the end of the contract, but there is no way I am letting Petro near my oil unit again, and sadly, I don't think I want oil anymore seeing what I have. <br />
They are very good. Petro’s prices are very competitive and I would highly recommend them. Their office staff is knowledgable, helpful and cooperative. I got next day delivery.
I didn't have to be present. They did it sometimes when I was gone, other times when I was there, and I didn't notice. They were invisible to me. They came on schedule. I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future if needed.
The company provides great customer service. They are extremely punctual and responsive.The workers are courteous.
