We ran out of heating oil so we called Quarles for the immediate delivery since our house became really really cold. They agreed on the same day delivery for $75.00 extra but they did not for two days. I called Petro and talked to mr Paul. He was so so kind and polite and offered to have someone deliver 10 gallons of oil so that we will have heat tonight, which Quarles never even offered!! <br /> Mr. Paul promised he would get back to me in 10 minutes to let me know the time frame of deliveryand he DID call me back.
