Just had service twice within three days. First call was scheduled to install an auto water feeder. Peter (# 13) was the technician and he was extremely thorough and double checked all his work to ensure that all was properly done. He kindly explained everything to me as I am now the only one in the household who can do any type of labor around the house. (My husband is on hospice care and is incapacitated.) Two days later....on a Saturday...I found water in the basement which was never there before. I had to make an emergency call for service. The on call operators were wonderful and made arrangements for a technician to come out ASAP. The technician (#65) arrived in a swift amount of time and initially could not find the leak. His next plan of attack was to fire up the burner and produce enough steam to put the system under pressure. Nothing immediately happened. He still waited. Then he found it! Within fifteen minutes the leak was fixed and the pipe sealed. I cannot express the relief I felt when the problem was found and corrected. I am so sorry that I did not get the technician ‘s name but his # was 65 (obtained from the ticket he signed). Both Peter and this gentleman were so competent and considerate to my situation. I can’t thank then enough. By profession I am an RN currently serving as a Hospital Administrator and I understand and value good employees. You have got two gems. If at all possible, could you please give them some recognition for their labors, they truly deserve it. Many thanks, Betsy Thornton.

Excellent service. Prompt arrival time. The tech was very friendly and informative and took his time to explain in detail what he was doing. I feel confident and at ease in choosing Petro.

I was helped by Technician #310, Rob Durham. Once again, Petro Home Services comes through in providing excellent service, knowledgeable assistance, and also conducted an inspection while he was there avoiding the need for a second visit. Mr. Durham was on time, he knew exactly what he was doing getting the air conditioning system back up and running and was able to conduct a furnace inspection that I had scheduled at a future date while he was there!! This saved time for me as well. It is hard to find competent, thoughtful, honest and helpful service providers these days. Mr Durham and his colleagues demonstrate that Petro Home Services hasn't lost sight of the importance of these old-fashioned, yet timelessly valuable attributes.
