Get directionsHad a radiator that hasn't worked in years. Didn't know where to start to get it fixed so I called Petro, figuring they could at least point me in the right direction. It turns out they could do it and t was covered under my service contract. They even had an available appointment for that same night. Turns out it was a clogged valve on the end of the radiator. They replaced it right there on the spot and I now have heat in my bathroom. Wish I had made this call many, many years ago. Thank you Petro.

That old furnace is causing me grief, but Rick, whom I would like to keep coming here, took time to explain the workings of the furnace and what has to be done at our plan's cost and other. He will talk to his boss who will decide along with us. Later when time to clean, etc., he'll come back if he can and help us keep clean with water, and cozy with heat. So I have had Petro for a couple of years but this past year I had a heart attack which put out of work I called Petro and explained my situation. They were very nice and understood yes I did have a balance but the heart attack kept me out of work from November of 2024 to this year in August. Petro didn't estimate when I would be needing my oil tank filled. So I ran out of oil and needed oil as soon as possible as I have a 1 year old and a woman that is pregnant in my upstairs unit. I had literally spoke with Petro Services 2 or 3 days before this happened and they never mentioned I was on a variable rate or gave me an estimate on what rate per gallon would be. I had arranged an appointment with the understanding of a 15 minute ahead call, only to be notified that they were at my home, by the time I got a neighbor to go to my home to let them in, the Petro guy left. My neighbor the left also after reading his note. The communication between Petro appointment person and the dispatch department was lacking, and I was inconvenienced. Finally, an hour later and calling a second neighbor to help me, the issue was resolved successfully.
