Had a radiator that hasn't worked in years. Didn't know where to start to get it fixed so I called Petro, figuring they could at least point me in the right direction. It turns out they could do it and t was covered under my service contract. They even had an available appointment for that same night. Turns out it was a clogged valve on the end of the radiator. They replaced it right there on the spot and I now have heat in my bathroom. Wish I had made this call many, many years ago. Thank you Petro.
Service man immediately diagnosed the problem and restored my heat and hot water!
Service was on time, courteous and fixed issue promptly.
That old furnace is causing me grief, but Rick, whom I would like to keep coming here, took time to explain the workings of the furnace and what has to be done at our plan's cost and other. He will talk to his boss who will decide along with us. Later when time to clean, etc., he'll come back if he can and help us keep clean with water, and cozy with heat.
