I had arranged an appointment with the understanding of a 15 minute ahead call, only to be notified that they were at my home, by the time I got a neighbor to go to my home to let them in, the Petro guy left. My neighbor the left also after reading his note. The communication between Petro appointment person and the dispatch department was lacking, and I was inconvenienced. Finally, an hour later and calling a second neighbor to help me, the issue was resolved successfully.
