Just had service twice within three days. First call was scheduled to install an auto water feeder. Peter (# 13) was the technician and he was extremely thorough and double checked all his work to ensure that all was properly done. He kindly explained everything to me as I am now the only one in the household who can do any type of labor around the house. (My husband is on hospice care and is incapacitated.) I was helped by Technician #310, Rob Durham. Once again, Petro Home Services comes through in providing excellent service, knowledgeable assistance, and also conducted an inspection while he was there avoiding the need for a second visit. Mr. Durham was on time, he knew exactly what he was doing getting the air conditioning system back up and running and was able to conduct a furnace inspection that I had scheduled at a future date while he was there!! Had a radiator that hasn't worked in years. Didn't know where to start to get it fixed so I called Petro, figuring they could at least point me in the right direction. It turns out they could do it and t was covered under my service contract. They even had an available appointment for that same night. Turns out it was a clogged valve on the end of the radiator. They replaced it right there on the spot and I now have heat in my bathroom. Wish I had made this call many, many years ago. Thank you Petro.

That old furnace is causing me grief, but Rick, whom I would like to keep coming here, took time to explain the workings of the furnace and what has to be done at our plan's cost and other. He will talk to his boss who will decide along with us. Later when time to clean, etc., he'll come back if he can and help us keep clean with water, and cozy with heat.
