Since I bought my house on 2009 Petro has been my oil supplier. I have to say that they have been doing an outstanding job. Friendly staff and service on point. Keep up the good work guys.

After 14 years I was dropped. I was aware that I had a payment issue due to a financial issue. I made a $900 payment to keep the account afloat. But my contract was terminated. Now I’m being charge the termination fee. I didn’t terminate the contract it was Petro. I wanted to speak further but Petro did not. Very disappointing. Petro mentioned to renew I had to pay $750 as deposit if my credit score is below 640. I’m not applying for a credit card with Petro in order to get service back. Constant miscommunication. Had to call yesterday about a delivery that was scheduled and was told i would receive my delivery today, and still no delivery. Very unhappy with this company in the short time I’ve been with them.

I sent an email to Frank Giampino, the sales person. He forwarded the email to the field service supervisor and the installation manager. No one has contacted me to date to discuss or remedy the situation. Would you like the email forwarded to you?
