Pretty sure you didn’t buy oil at that elevated price but yet charged me as if you did and you’ve never in 11 years come to auto fill that late anyway. Thanks a lot for your honesty.
Manipulative, deceitful. Just bought a home and needed a single delivery. Scheduled that one delivery at 3.29 per gallon, I still hadn't fully moved in yet and only kept the thermostat at 45-50. Apparently in the same month they delivered two other times without ANY notice. Including one visit at 4.99 PER GALLON. I didn't need more oil and since they can't possibly know that, they over filled my tank. I have left at least three messages for Mary, for Petro, to call me concerning the overcharge on my elderly parents oil delivery, and other problems with an earlier oil tank install. No one returns my call. This is a terrible company. Do NOT use this company!! Stay away!!

Today, Waiting on hold 15 minutes, hung up. tried again later, 10 minutes wait, hung up. Waste of my time trying to contact anyone there on phone . NO, I don't want to Text you, NO I don't want to send an email and wonder if anyone got it.

Before stopping auto delivery notify the customer. My 80+ yr old parents have been loyal customers for 17+ yrs and fully paid. They missed one payment >30 days and the auto delivery was stopped meaning no heat or hot water in their area. Loyalty should be mutual. Reach out to your customers and tell them if you plan on stopping auto oil delivery. Don’t make your customers suffer with no heat or hot water. Thankfully they did not need to go to the hospital. After waiting for a month for routine service (this happened on two different occasions) I get a call at the last minute that staff are busy with emergency calls and have to reschedule. Then I’m told to wait another two weeks for the next available appointment.

To begin with when I first got your service, I explained to the gentleman that one I was a rescuer and i had cats. Two I also explain I live on fixed income and would it be a problem if I made installments on my bill. His reply no problem.
