This past Sunday was the very first time. I took Magic to Fern Creek PetSuites. He has not been around very many dogs and has had trauma so I was apprehensive. Derek was great at explaining the process before taking Magic. Needless to say, he did great and stayed and played all day. He even sent me pictures of Magic making a new friend. The staff is top notch and can't wait to take Magic back!

Our dog Wrigley has gone there since they opened. There are few things he looks forward to more than spending the day there for day play. The staff is top notch and the facility is super clean and safe.

My puppy loves going to puppy preschool. So much fun for her. The staff take great care of her and they take pics to post on their Facebook page. Love it there.

We bring both of our dogs here for grooming, and our puppy will be joining group play soon! So happy with the service and both of our dogs(15 years old Jack Russell and 11 month old lab) come out looking great!

I have had nothing but great experiences here! I bring my 15-year-old and my 11 month old here for grooming, and I know they are in the best hands! They always look amazing and are happy when they leave. From the bandannas, to painted nails on my old lady they always look so good when they leave!

I recently wrote a review about a pet bording situation that i was not happy about. Once posted i recieved a call from Tod the GM, and he graciously explained to me how things worked with pet boarding and went out his way to fix the problem . Pet suites is so lucky to have such a wonderful and considerate man, and great staff, that cares about every fur baby and family that walks through their door.
