RecommendedMy Duke loves PetSuites! He gets so excited when he sees the building as we’re driving up. We always receive a warm welcoming when we walk through the door, and the staff always greets Duke by name and with a smile. We’ve had a very positive experience with daycare and their grooming! We haven’t used their boarding services yet, but plan to in the future. Definitely recommend PetSuites to anyone with a dog!
Everything about Petsuites and everyone at Petsuites is awesome and so so sincere. My family and I are blessed to have their love and care for our sweet Lucy. They have helped us make her the sweet and loving baby that she is! We would be lost without them!!!
we love the doggy daycare!!! it's been my first time owning a puppy who is as active as our Duke is and he gets excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot!!! all the employees love the dogs and always address them so warmly!! also love that we can get his nails trimmed while hes their for daycare and for a cheap price!!! definitely recommend
PetSuites in Fern Creek has been wonderful to my pups and me! Their hours have been a lifesaver for me when needing to drop my dogs off esrly for boarding when I need to be at work. They are very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.
Sampson spent spa day, nails trimmed and drummel due to long quicks, bathed and got outfitted with his Halloween bandana, smells wonderful on pick up, and staff just loves on him and Happy to see him back for his spa play day!! We took our dog Zoey for grooming on August 5, 2020 for the first time. We are overjoyed at the way they took care of her and groomed her the exact way we asked. With a dog less than 5 lbs we always worried that she would be scared of her surroundings. As you can see by the “after” picture, she enjoyed herself. Thanks so much Mindy, you did a wonderful job!!
This is a wonderful place to take your pet! Staff members are so professional-yet warm and focused on what is best for your pet. Recently, I attempted to take my dog to get his nails done. He was over the top scared!!! Elizabeth was so understanding and compassionate towards him! They stopped after getting only a few nails clipped, because she was concerned about him -emotionally! I was slightly nervous to take my dog here to get groomed without knowing much about the place. I am so happy that I did take him here! He desperately needed to be groomed and they did a fantastic job! They have great service and great prices!
Birdie had a great time yesterday. I know because she received a report card! Staff was great. I feel like they care about all the animals and will adjust situations if needed. I’m so happy we found them.
