RecommendedAmazing place to take your fur buddy. It was Mabel and Murphy’s first time and they really seemed to enjoy it. When we called to get an update on the pups they were very helpful. I had some questions about how they did there billing and when I called to ask they were extremely helpful. Very clean place and polite staff.

Front desk very helpful when I checked Roxy in. I had typed up most of the instructions for feeding her and lists of supplies and food for her. Staff asked me many questions regarding her stay and then the young lady took her back to her kennel. I never worried about Roxy and when I picked her up she was happy to see me but not nervous or afraid of staff. Clean facility and kind staff

Plenty of options for boarding, also having additional services like daycare and grooming are great! Facility is clean and organized with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Polaris had a great first experience boarding with them, and participated in group play. Text communication is a game changer! Being able to keep up with how Po was doing but also answering any questions they had was really wonderful. They're in a great location, and boarding prices/offerings are comparable to other facilities in the area.

We have only been bringing Jinx since Monday, but let me tell you, today he couldn't wait to get out of the car and he pretty much couldn't wait for me to leave. Soo, that says something about the amazing staff and how great they are with not only him, but the other animals! And he slept so good last night! Thank you all so much for the photos cause he looks so happy and like he's having so much fun! Two days after our 5 night stay, my dog was diagnosed with Canine Cough. I read reviews that dogs caught Canine Cough at this facility but I was desperate for a kennel. Lastly, we bought two toys in the lobby before our stay. When we picked up our dog, his food and toys were not returned. However, we were asked for a tip. What’s the tip for if the staff doesn’t return the items you came in with? Our dog seems happy enough and untraumatized after his visit. The staff was friendly and caring.

Kennel Cough, unfortunately can be tough to manage sometimes when all our dogs come in with their vaccinations and they still can get sick. We have taken our dogs there for day play. They love it. Good staff who really care for the dogs and enjoy pets. 5 stars. I have seen them work with other "parents" when a concern is raised. Always appreciate the extra effort they take to make sure the pets are safe and happy.
