Customer service. Hidden fees. This place is probably the worst place I've ever gotten my dog boarded. We paid for extra playtime. There is no way he recieved it with the energy he had the entire day we picked him up. Also they will charge you extra if you are 5 minutes late. If you are smart you will not board or get your pet groomed here.

Spent plenty of time on phone reserving everything I wanted for dogs for 5 days they were staying. Morning I showed up to drop them off had to go over it ALL again. Go to pick up my dogs and I GET ASKED “Did they have playtime scheduled” This leads me to believe that even though YES I SCHEDULED it that it didn’t happen if you are asking me. Also got charged too much so good thing I looked at receipt and called to ask for refund. VERY UNORGANIZED is my perception of this place
Do not recommend and will not be taking my dogs back for daycare.
DO NOT SEND YOUR FUR BABY HERE! My dog is so sick after staying for three nights and I feel like the worst dog Mom ever.

My dog spent 3 nights there. When picked up he was covered in urine and would not eat. His personality changed and he has lost 1/2 of his body weight now. Three weeks later we are fighting a life threatening case of pneumonia. We have another 6-8 weeks of spending all day at vet receiving IV antibiotics. He is very critical. When I phoned PS to get info on his stay, they were completely disinterested. I would NEVER take any pet that you care about there.
