Ginger our beagle loves Pet Suites..the staff is caring and makes sure all your pets needs are met..we have used pet suites for many years starting with our previous dog a golden who lived to 16..

MY DOG HAS STAYED AT THE MIDDLETOWN LOCATION BEFORE. SHE CAME HOME I N ANXIETY MESS, HER CHEW TOY WAS NEVER GIVEN TO HER ALTHOUGH ADDRESSED BOTH TIMES SHE HAS BEEN THERE AS A STRESS RELIEVER.....SHE WONT EAT, SHE IS SHAKING, ETC I SAW HER BEFORE SHE WAS BROUGHT TO US AND SHE WAS SHAKING UNCONTROLLABLY AND STILL REFUSES HER NORMAL ROUTINE!!! ....

I had my miniature schnauzer groomed today. Her appointment was scheduled for 9:00 this morning. The groomer called at 10:30 and stated that she had just gotten there and was just getting started. I made the appointment at 9:00 so that she would be finished sooner. Her haircut looks awful. The eyebrows are uneven they literally cut the bottom of her beard completely off. We took our dog and 2 kittens recently for boarding at Pet Suites in Middletown. We were able to enjoy our week vacation because we knew our babies were being well cared for. The staff told us how much our pets enjoyed being there and how much the staff enjoyed having there!

We have a Bischon that we take to Pet Suites Middletown for grooming. Kelsey takes such great care of our dog. He always comes home Sparkling white, groomed to perfection and smelling so good. Kelsey always asks what we want and will make suggestions if needed. Pip loves to come see Kelsey

How could you forget about my dog? We made the appointment the morning we brought him. It was confirmed letting me know you would be able to take care of him that day. We made the appointment from 9 am to 1 pm. He was to be evaluated and then have group play. I even said if he doesn’t do well please call and we will come pick him up early. When we arrived a little before 1 I asked how he did and she said she didn’t know but would ask. She came back out and said he hadn’t been evaulated! So he was put in a cage and forgott... read more

Horrible experience!!! The groomer, Sarah was unable to perform the requested cut and just shaved my dog bald! Completely unacceptable and poor customer service!

My dog was shaved bald!!! I asked for a teddy bear cut and Sarah his groomer took it upon herself to shave him bald saying his hair was too thin, even though this is a cut he gets regularly she just did not know how to cut it! His tail which has never been cut short was cut off and his ears were cut as short as they could be cut! He had a photo session booked that I had to cancel!!! Called to make sure they could board my diabetic dog. I was assured by the person I spoke to that yes they could so I booked days to board her. I also completed the information on the web site, giving a description of my dog, how much insulin and how many times a day that she would be injected. When I went to drop her off this morning they told me they wouldn't take her since they don't have a vet on staff. I scrambled to find someone to take care of her as I was heading out of town.
