Just picked up my dog from a 4 day stay with grooming. She has a deep gash with blood matted in her fur from eyeball to eyeball. It is deep. Paid for the Pawgress report and top of the tower service, yet no one mentioned it….not in the report, not at checkout. I only wish I could post a pic. Protect your pooch….drive to Fern Creek location.

We had appointments for 9AM for baths. We walked in at 9:05 because the door was blocked by a line of dogs and waited in line for 20 minutes. Once we got to the counter they told us they couldn’t take the dogs because we were late. I explained that we waited outside the door and then for another 20 minutes and they did not care. I get it takes time to groom and bath but we were here. She then went on to tell me when if we were in the door at 9:01 it would not have mattered. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
