First time customer. My dog was a rescue and has had a horrible life. Never had a bath, mistreated, and the list continues. We brought him in for grooming, deshedding treatment, and nail trim. His nails were trimmed. He didn’t smell like he had a bath and clumps of hair were laying on his body. He wasn’t brushed. Very disappointing. I am currently on hold for a manager and have been waiting on hold for 15 minutes. Very disappointing.
