I only continued coming to Petsuites this last year for my amazing groomer (Cat) which is now no longer there apparently. My dog became ill during boarding and Cat had to tell me and keep me updated because no one else did. Management is laughable. The way the one manager (Greg I believe) speaks to customers and his employees is unacceptable. I will happily be taking my business elsewhere. Do not recommend
