Toured the back with manager. Very clean and friendly staff. Every employee acknowledged me during the tour even while working. We are making our account!!!

Bella is alway excited the minute we say Petsuites. Poor thing was excited the night before because she heard me say I was taking her there. The staff immediately welcomes Bella and I and I know my girl is loved when she’s with them

Both staff and Management have been great, I have 2-hairless dogs I take daily to pet suites and the staff calls and texts if anything is going on with both dogs. They have been great and I am happy to get to know the staff and management that care so much about each pet and the parents of each pet as it’s shown in their actions not just words.

Took a tour on Thursday with a new manager Shane. He explained all the changes made. My husband and I could not smell poop or pee in the building. WOW. He pointed out it was from their new cleaning ways implemented. Our dogs will always board here. Town Homes that is. They give you a whole folder too to take home with all the info!!
