Grooming of my Bichon on 7/19/23 was horrible. The main aspect of a Bichon groom is a full round face with the ears blending into the rounded head in such a way that you can’t even see the ears. What they did to my Bichon was not a rounded face and there was no blending at all of the ears but rather they made her ears very distinct lumps, I had taken a picture of my dog today on the way to the grooming and she had a very full perfectly rounded and blended head.
