Although I never had an issue with day boarding or day care, I had issues with overnight boarding, feeding and potty issues this time. Most of the issues are due to lack of communication and being short staffed. Too many dogs for the number of personnel. Not sure if I will be going back as my two dogs are more nervous than they were before. It was not a good experience for them this time. This was at the Covington location

I wasn’t pleased with our second visit with ped suites. First, our text messages weren’t answered when we inquired on our two dogs, Secondly, the dog bed we brought was chewed to pieces. When we picked up the pets the response was, “Oh, the bed was chewed” We had to throw the bed away. I called for feedback and received a very defensive response. There is no one on site at the facility from 8:30pm - 6:30am. That is a long time for no one to check on our precious pets.

Very slow check in, even with a 'day-play pass' - and very slow check out. I waited 20 minutes to check my two dogs in for day-play - several people registering and several checking in for longer stays/boarding. There was no one at the front desk when I picked up my dogs and I waited another 10 minutes for the only rep to go to the back, leaving the front desk unattended, to get my dogs for me. Come on!
