The girls working this morning were amazing. Lily is so loved by everyone. Someone was angry a vet had to give vaccinations. Ummm yes! Thank you for looking out for our fur babies

My dog (who I will not name for privacy reasons) has been a loyal customer for months with no problems of any kind regarding the employees or other dogs. However, a few weeks ago after I picked up my dog from Pet Suites, I noticed a bloody patch on their fur. Upon further inspection (including a trip to the veterinarian to confirm any suspicions), I found that the blood came from a dog bite; my dog was bitten by another dog while at Pet Suites. My dogs were boarded through the Easter Holiday : Nikkie Plus and Poppy Puppy . Both have been vaccinated . Both contracted “kennel cough” …. You need to sanitize the place ASAP!

Picked up my dog Dixie Monday evening. She stayed there from Thursday morning until Monday early evening. That’s roughly 4.5 days. Usually, she’s there only 24 hours. She had a bowel movement upon leaving Pet Suites which is normal. However, after the 5 minute drive home she went 3 times. Some 20 minutes later she went twice more. An hour later she went again. That’s a total of 7 movements within a couple of hours. None were indicative of diarrhea or any sickness. She was simply backed up. Not sure how it’s even possible for... read more

We took our dog in for grooming last Saturday and our dog was injured while being groomed. I understand that this happens on occasion, however this was the second time this has happened and no one told us about it when we picked our dog up. Either time. My dog, Ollie, had started going here for daycare and, most recently, for boarding (1 night). Out of the handful of times he has gone, he has come out once covered in feces and I was told after they walked him out to me that they would bathe him so he "didn't get my car dirty". Another occurence happened recently where he was brought out to me with black marks all over, worker who brought him out even said "i'm not sure what all of that stuff is".
