This was my first time buying a home and we had to close very quickly in order to keep our offer competitive. This meant a constant barrage of emails and things to do, but Petya was very on top of her part and was incredibly communicative and always available if we needed anything. I highly recommend Petya. She knows everything about everything and will walk you step by step through the process. I particularly loved that she communicated very frequently and was good with text (and also voice calls). She responded to questions and inquiries at all hours and on weekends. It was great to have her on my team in this purchase, and that is exactly how it felt working with her.
