Worked with Petya and her team for the first time and what an excellent team! The loan process was very organized and I love that Petya sent an email at the onset introducing the team members so I know who does what and who to contact for any questions. Very timely response to any email or docs needed by escrow. After the loan was funded I got a personal call from Petya herself notifying me that the loan has been disbursed! I consider this company very personal in their customer service.

Petya is the best, I went to tree mortgage brokers wasted so much time and finally Petya got it done. GO with Petya , trust me she got a loan done 3 others could not. This industry is full of inept agents who will waste your time so go with the best. She is super knowledgable and answers any question in a simple to understand language.
