Overall process was very smoth. Petya was very knowledgeable, helpful and cooperative. She communicated well and requested the required documents prmptly. She has a pleasant personality. She was very easy to deal with. Lender processed the loan in time. Other staff from gauranteed rate was also helpful. Sometimes they requested the same documents two times. Overall I was very happy in dealing with this lender thd their staff.

Petya and her team are amazing. Petya responds to email, calls and texts so promptly, providing us with clear answers to every question that we had. Any concern I had, she put to ease because she KNOWS her stuff! Petya went above and beyond to help us with our VA loan and I can't imagine our home purchase being successful without her.
