I used Petya as a mortgage broker even before she was at Guaranteed Rate and I always enjoyed working with her. She is an excellent professional, knows her job perfectly well and is always on top of things. She fights for her customers and strives to get them the best deal possible. Petya really went All Out to help my mom get a refinance loan that she didnt initially qualify for because her income wasn't high enough. Petya said we could add me and my income to qualify and she came thru despite obstacles. I found her to be available , trustworthy, supportive and up beat thru the whole process.
