I truly enjoyed this culinary adventure into Vietnamese food. I always consider pho comfort food and it is, but I love spring rolls as well. My dish contained the most delicious and tender meat that was seasoned amazingly well. I learned how to dip my rice paper into hot water and create my own spring rolls with the savory meat and abundant veggies that were also on my plate. I come from Vietnam and I must admit that the food here is amazing! I ordered a Pho Tai and it was so good that I had to sip all of the soup until the bowl is empty. The service here was also great, the owner was very friendly with us.

I e been to this place twice so far in the last week and I plan on going back again. The vermicelli noodles are absolutely amazing and the best I have had so far, I got my food to go so the only complaint is the sprouts should go in a separate bag to the side and not under the noodles as mine were a bit soggy and didn't have the crunch I wanted. 3.3/5 (Uber Eats Delivery) Korean Short Ribs Vermicelli - Bun Bo Dai Han ($18.95): This was the best item we got from here. They gave a good amount of short ribs that had great flavor but were a bit salty. Da Lat doesn't provide a lot of greens like you would typically expect for a vermicelli bowl so that was disappointing - would have been nice to balance out the salty short ribs. Lived in the neighborhood for 6 years now and Da Lat has been my go to takeout place the whole time! The food is always fresh, delicious, and large portions. I have yet to try something on the menu that I didn't like. The actual restaurant is a bit small so I usually order takeout, and even with taking the food home it's always perfect. The rare occasions where I have gone to sit down have been great, fast service and a clean restaurant. Pho was a little dark and not clear. they only serve a large bowl and it's honestly way too big and can feed two people with the kinds of heat. I don't prefer extra large servings because the noodles drink up all the brother halfway done the combo p hi o I ordered had trip and cartilage and tendon but they weren't sliced in a way that's easy to eat and were hard and chewy that I couldn't eat it. It's not bad and could be worse but I'm def still in search for the best Vegas and have yet to find it.
This is a very no frills pho place. The pho is pretty decent but not amazing. I've been a regular here for the last 5 years and they raised the prices so much that it's $18/bowl. I probably wouldn't come back given that the food has gone down hill and the prices are up so much.
Perfect hangover cure!! Small hole in the wall with a simple menu. Pho was great flavor and generous in size.
Bun rieu here is off the charts! It's this tomato crab soup is to go for! The portion is huge and the flavor is there. Pho is a good hang over, but this is a good recovery meal, tomatoes is healthy right? I will definitely would want to try other stuff here! Tip: the coconut smoothie is a good drink to end a nice hot soup. Take this out with you when you are out in the heat of Las Vegas and you will be glad you got this refreshing coconut drink!
