Chinese operated tiny Vietnamese restaurant. I came for the crispy rice noodle (pho ap chao) which was on the menu. But then the server and chef both didn't know how to make it, so they kept asking me. My husband was going to go in the back to show them since they came out so many times to check. The place is small, slow & food is ok. It felt like a life time for someone to come take our order & waiting for the food.
