Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. decent food and service. Nothing special or outstanding. Not overpriced or anything like that. Just average.

PCG is the best neighborhood restaurant. Actually better than best. The food & service is always right on target. So happy they have heat lamps so we can still enjoy our neighborhood restaurant. Dont ever change a thing - well maybe you can put back chicken enchiladas on your hh menu.
Always a special treat when me and my family go to Phx City, it was my birthday that visit and everyone enjoyed their dinner.

The food was very good. We had a nice booth and the atmosphere is cozy. Our waitress was ok although it took a long time to get a glass of wine and she brought the check without asking if we wanted dessert. She seemed like she wasn’t too into her job.
I am a regular at Phoenix city Grill. I have always had excellent service, food. The owner is always there, and is the reason I think this restaurant is exceptional. You can order anything from an appetizer to a full dinner. Sunday brunch is fantastic and service is top notch. I love that you can make a reservation in the servers are fantastic
Finnish city grill's a great choice for lunch I really enjoyed it now look forward to going back.
