All the diners I could see were enjoying the whole festive synergy of this exceptional restaurant. It is so user friendly, organized in its Christmas Eve dinner emailings, news about specials and follow up emails. But they specialize in some of the most flavorful food, admirable service. Christmas Eve dinner was great! The specials for the night were all wonderful, including some fun drink specials. Our waitress was personable and seemed to enjoy her job and helping us to have a memorable holiday meal.
I had gone to the Phoenix City Grille a couple Christmas Eves' ago ... the food, service and ambience were terrific...this time - I had ordered the Christmas Eve prime rib and was informed that there were only 7 cuts left and that I could not request rare because the cut would not allow it. We liked the corn cakes with black beans as an appetizer, also the tacos. The kale and brussels sprout salad was also very good. My sister enjoyed her Asian stirfry.
Met friends here for Christmas Eve Dinner. Scallop special was great. Perfectly cooked, accompaniments combined perfectly. Fish special very good too.
I am a regular and LOVE this restaurant. I have never had a bad meal or poor service. Food is wonderful and service is spot on. Everything from the appetizers to the burgers, pasta, ribs and steaks are the best. You won't be disappointed
I came for an early Christmas Eve dinner with a female friend and it was not busy at all yet, so it was quiet and enjoyable. Well worth the drive from Scottsdale. Good service, food and setting.
