This friendly neighborhood hangout feels like it's been around for much longer than it has. Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. Whatever the reason, you will feel comfortable and welcome here. The menu features large portions of all-American mains with Southwestern twists. Pizzas and light bites perfectly complement a glass of wine, beer or cocktail from the bar.

Phoenix City Grill is our "special occasion" place, our take out of town guests place, our "let's just go out and have a great meal place. We've celebrated many family events there and have always enjoyed great food, a very varied menu, good drinks, and a friendly, helpful wait staff. It feels so good to support a local dining establishment. Go there, you'll love it. You might become a regular.
I have been dining at PCG for years and I think it was just an off night. My husband and I brought my Dad in near the end of the night so the restaurant was mainly empty. We ordered a sandwich and soups and salads and it took almost 30 minutes to receive and when we did, neither of the soups were hot or as flavorful as we remembered. The cornbread was crumbly and the salad quality also seemed to decline. I am hoping it was just an off night because we do usually love eating there!
We had the pleasure to dine here as a party of 3 during ASU graduation week. Great ambiance, better than excellent service, and delicious food. Wonderful, upscale casual atmosphere allows for friendly and relaxed conversation. Thanks for a delightful dining experience!! Much continued success!!!
My first time there — we all liked what we ordered, the dessert could have been better (chocolate torte) But I would definitely go back again. Eager to try the happy hour
We've been regulars since they opened but have noticed they're changing some of our favorites including what was their signature dish. We'll see how things go.
We have been to the Phoenix City Grille several times and enjoyed each visit. Food is tasty, warm ambiance, and friendly service.
Good food, but the desert was the best ever. Sold out of Perrier when we were there, but the Coke showed up full every time I finished a glass right on time. So the service was on point. I'd go again, but would order something else - not the chocolate torte though - I'd order that every time.
The hamburgers, scrimp, and ribs were moist and flavorful. Our waitress was very accommodating and suggested a number of options for our group of 8
Very nice dining. Affordable and never felt rushed
