Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. We have not been to the restaurant for a long while. When we arrived, we asked for a side table so that the noise would be less than at the middle tables. At first, that was not possible, but before we ordered, a side table became available. We enjoyed the rest of the evening and had a good meal.
Great food and quiet enough to hold a conversation. Music was a little too loud. But service was great
PCG has a great food and a nice surroundings. We are always happy to suggest it to friends.
The food was amazing. The service was great. Waiter was very attentive and personable. We had a show to get to and we had an wonderful meal and got out and to our show in plenty of time.
This was our first time at PCG. We loved it. We were seated right away and the food was outstanding. Definitely a place that we will return to.

Good food -- especially the cedar-planked salmon! Great service. I think they spotted us as out-of-Towners, so sat us directly across from the kitchen -- which increased noise and decreased ambiance. But overall a very good experience.
